Project Details
A.K. Khan & Container Limited plans to construct and operate a fully custom bonded inland river terminal with container freight station (CFS) facility on the east bank of the Shitalakshya River at Palash, Narsingdi. The proposed jetty will be constructed after dredging the 300mX21m=6300 m2 riverbank. The proposed RCC jetty will be constructed 300mX22.50m= 6750.00 m2 area partially on dredged channel of the river and land. The terminal has 1, 77, 500 TEUs container handling capacity/year.
